Favors says that the NYSE will not give an intra-day print high: it is only available after the close. Weird, I know, but it makes sense.

The best way to follow the print basis is to look at intraday
charts. Admittedly you can't read down to the penny, though.

Also, Barron's has the information weekly if you can wait.

You can't calculate the print basis.
