And which stock will you own after the conversion? ZULU or ESVS? It's all going to be 100% ESVS when it's over. Think about it!

One more thing regarding this 80/20 stuff. Is it not generally agreed that there are enough shares held by insiders in each company to vote the acquisition through? Is it not generally agreed that most of the major holders of ZULU stock are also the major holders of ESVS stock as well?

OK then there are approximately 12M shares of ESVS outstanding of which 3M are in the float, leaving 9M to be used in the conversion. The last we knew there were approximately 65M shares of ZULU outstanding of which there were 45M in the float. That converts to about 5-1, which is what I think and hope for everyone that it maybe.

Yes PT ZULU shares will then be converted into the remaining 80% of the outstanding ESVS shares. That will not however give a former ZULU shareholder anymore control then it will give an ESVS shareholder unless all the former ZULU shareholders band together in a vote and considering the fact that the insiders will still control the company I don't see that happening.
