Actually, PRLN responds very well to TA. For example, the gap up at 25 cents was a signal to buy. If a TA person had picked up some PRLN at that point they would have made over 300% on their investment had they sold once the stock got over the dollar level. Then again, good TA is more often an art rather than a science. I wouldn't of had the guts to buy back at the 25 cent level because I know too much about what this company has been through.
