Well, I just received word from Paul at FMV that they are no longer part of the offering. Someone else will be taking it over. The company has said that FMV had taken too much time in closing the offering so someone else will take over where they left off. People who have already sent in their checks will be given the opportunity to convert their money to shares or be given their money back. The escrow account will be closed. The shell company part of the deal is still intact. Paul said that people were becoming weary as to why the offering had not been fully placed yet if it was such a good deal. He placed the blame squarely on themselves in taking too long to find a shell and not enough time finding people for the offering.
We should be hearing from someone within a week or so for the people who have already handed in their money.
