If not, can you inform us if you have figured out exactly what AZNT 'claims' to do... Well, YOU'VE said that they make "dietary supplements", don't claim that their products will "cure" anything. I offer you this from their May 10Q: The magazine will contain a chart consisting of possible symptoms/ailments people may be suffering from and corresponding product(s) customers can purchase for their treatment. Each product will be individually presented and explained on its own page. The benefits of each product, how it works, and how it should be used will be illustrated. edgar-online.com Sounds very much like the "practice of medicine" to me. And that is, as it should be, subject to license.

BMart, I have read a number of enthusiastic posts from you and it looks like you may be the knowledgeable person to ask these questions of. I have been looking at the Nevada site and really was truck by the fact that Robert S. Qualey, the Secretary and TReasurer for AZNT, is also their Registering Agent. I also see there that he is the Registering Agent for Abracel, and another Loripar, Inc that both list this DOMINGOS LORICCHIO, JR. as the President. Now I have also noticed that at one time a vice-president of Abracel, a Mr. ROUQUE C. PUCCI has also signed as C.F.O. for AZNT in an EDGAR filing. (http://www4.edgar-online.com/brand/yahoo/gdoc/?choice=2-846124&nad=0 ) So my question is this: with so much interlocking ownership and participation can all of these entities be considered unrelated parties? Does Robert S. Qualey really devote enough (any) time in his duties as Secretary and Treasurer here? It all looks a little curious to me. What do you think?
