I once had trouble putting in a sell order on ISLD. I finally called MBT, I can't exactly remember if I was trying to sell at the bid, but there were no ISLD bidders there. So the trader stayed on the phone while also watching L2 and when an ISLD bid came up he said NOW!!! LOL Now that's customer service IMO !! I could have gone through another ECN and been ok. It was just very frustrating to have orders rejected when I was trying to bail. And, it was my second or third day using MBT. I have moved to ARCA lately cuz of many many partials on ISLD. IF its a fast mover ISLD does fine though. When using ISLD I was getting parial fills like 318 shares...... very odd fills.
