< Seems Lucent has been suing a lot of people lately. Chances are I'm wrong but any one of those might be a logical candidate should they desire to help. > Yes, that might be correct. I'm the first to jump right in and protect intellectual property rights for big or small. It seems in the LU case, there are a lot of suits lately. I hope they are sincere and not just a case of being a deep pockets bully to restrict competition. That will only backfire in the long run.
