You are indeed 100% right about a stock promotion fraud with TAVA. However, in my opinion it is you and the shorts that are the fraud, not the company and stock brokers. In my opinion, this is a short fraud scheme, where you hype a stock in a negative way to cause the stock to drop in price. I salute the company for suing you, and for the SEC investigating the allegations. It is overdue.

TAVA is a legitimate control systems integrator, that has pursued an additional niche - Y2K remediation. The Y2K remediation opens doors to new clients, and is a logical path to take for an expanding systems house.

I have personally done business with some of the principals at TAVA, and at least one former employee. TAVA is in no way, shape, or form a fraudulent stock promotion firm. TAVA has done controls work for major companies like Nabisco for years, and to say otherwise leads one to question your motivations.

As for your comment about Fortune 500 experience on this Board, all of my 18 years of experience in engineering is with Fortune 500 companies.
