Richard: You didn't respond to the concerns raised in my last post to you; you try to change the subject by saying the company will drill high grade areas to minimize the cost of the audit and I should call the company to help my understanding. Whoop dee doo, what does that have to do with the concerns I've raised? OK, let me comment on your changed subject...the company is out of cash, and it doesn't have the funds to conduct a "bankable mine audit" in the first place. It's going to audit high grade areas to help minimize costs, but it doesn't have the money to pay for such minimized costs in the first place.

BTW, you're wrong about the "one million shares" you say the company filed to issue. I have the AGM videotape and the figure stated was "one million dollars." Runyon also told me the same. I'm sure a phone call from you would help YOUR understanding; BTW, when I call Runyon to ask for his comments on new info contained in your posts, in many instances he says your info is wrong.

Hypish whining on your part won't accomplish anything. Only Maxam demonstrating recovery of precious metals will. And by recovery, I don't mean drilling, fire assaying or lab scale leach testing, either.
