Well, IF the company gives you "written verification of a detailed account of how stock swap different classes will work along with how 5% dividend will work " and IF that verification was sufficiently detailed and truthful to present an accurate picture of the situation to the thread, then yes - I'd be interested in the business plan of the company. But those are major Ifs - remember there's 70 million shares out on this sucker, 17 million of which are newly printed, while a float of 800,000 is being ballyhooed. That doesn't seem likely to be true, imho, just judging from the face of it. The business of plant products is quite a legitimate one for many companies, and the market is definitely increasing. There are little herb farms all over the place around here, echinacea is one of the newer crops - I hear the price at the farm gate has gone from astronomical to just high in the last year as production has come onstream. It will keep going down from here until people stop planting. I've considered planting some, but it's too late now - you have to find the Next Big Thing, not the Last Big Thing. Assuming that this one is an honest and competent effort, and assuming that the paper games get resolved in the company's favour - and those are major assumptions yet to be proven imho - then they will face stiff competition on both ends - on the supply end and on the marketing end. And likely from the same firms - there are a lot of outfits doing this already. Then there's the FDA to please - the Canadian equivalent is not easy, and keeps changing its regs. Then all the normal costs and hazards of running a business - if it was easy we'd all be rich. For the moment though, there's a 'short squeeze' on a float of 800,000 shares being ballyhooed while at least 70 million shares are out, the change of transfer agents has not been adequately explained imho, and the appearance on this thread of Pugs and Riley G of ovis/rmil fame is imho a red flag in itself. So I dunno, Cavalry - what you do with your money is your business, but I think mine will just go to a few more shares of my favourite little oil and gas junior. ...... salud
