I would imagine that as a result of that ruling there will be a huge number of cases appealed. I personally agree with the ruling. I think any man or woman forced to endure a work environment that habitually allows workers or management to harass should be entitled to damages. There was recently a news report on one the big 3 auto makers(can't remember which) that detailed some of the grossest behavior toward women (in this case) that was not only "allowed" but engaged in by certain managers. But the women were apparently not denied appropriate wage increases or promotions. Well, I'm sorry, if degradation and humiliation is the "price" individuals have to "pay" in order to maintain their employment, then the price is unacceptable.

I do think that anyone bringing such a suit should have a fairly high burden of proof. Maybe we'll begin to see more and more people making tapes<g>....bp
