A few more things that you should know: Small caps are in a bear market. Biotech/pharma deals that are based upon a hope, a wish and a prayer are not considered value plays. Non-venture backed biotech/pharma deals that were done by scumbag "investment bakers <sic> cum market makers will have no research to speak of as the consolidation of investment banks continues and biotech small cap companies continue to come up short. Any more questions, class? Ok everybody dismissed, don't put all of your toads in one portfolio.
