Mike, the story on CMP is that it's a turnaround in progress and therefore earnings are very important. The CEO is a turnaround specialist and it looks like he's done his job. That's the short version.

The other stock is harder to explain. The stock is selling for around 7 right now and the Co. is claiming that the stock will be offered at 14 soon....after they get their Nasdaq listing. I think that market efficiencies would have closed the gap if this were true. Maybe I'm missing something on APCC.

Thanks for taking a look. My interest is purely for education on these two stocks right now

Sergio

Amigo Mike - CMP

I can give you some basis for my estimate of the coming quarter for CMP. If you look at the last three quarters this is what you have:

Sales ****** 1Q - 10.8 ***** 2Q - 11.7 **** 3Q - 11.8
Earnings ***** -.25 ********** .20 ********* .27
Profit margin *** n/a ***** ***** 6.0% ******* 8.5%

For the fourth quarter I am estimating a 15% increase in sales with some new contracts they signed about 5 months ago. I am hoping to see another improvement of PM to 10% which gives about .42/share for this quarter.

We hope they report this week. Volume has actually been up the last several weeks. It has a small float so 20K is a lot of shares. Your right about the trading pattern. It has been very poor.

Any questions please let me know.

Jose

PS - I also brought AAPC here and I would like to see someone make money on it. I just do not understand how one day they are a $60M cap company and the next they are a $280M?
