OFF TOPIC: Here is another TGSK, except is is fully NASDAQ, PE 3 Many of you know me from the early TGSK days in early spring when it was trading around $1.00. I was heavily promoting it. Now here is another you may want to look at. You might want to check out the thread and briefing.com, "company reports". Here is one of my recent postings: ** GBIT: NASDAQ: ($1.06) **newsalert.com Pros: Mature company who has made their mistakes, closed their unprofitable divisions, and refocused on their strengths. Incredibly fast turnaround as company has already reported 2 straight quarters of 6 cents and 9 cents per share in 1998. Many strong contracts with Fortune 500 and Gov. entities, including two new contracts recently. I especially am impressed by the Lockheed Martin contract EXTENSION. An "extension" indicates that the Lockheed was very happy with them during the initial contract phase. Earnings per share are already 15 cents per share for the first half of 1998. The second half of the year is traditionally much stronger (see briefing.com, company reports) Company is full NASDAQ and fully filing CONS: The only reason this stock is not taking off yet is that there are some shorters and misconceptions about the convertibles. Company has taken major steps to lessen dilution and negative impact. Even so, if you look at the WORST CASE SCENARIO, and assume that all series 10 preferred are converted after Nov. 15, the shares outstanding and dilution would not be that signicantly impacted. EPS of 1998 would still exceed 30 cents per year, even in the worst case, imo. Now, how many companies earn 30 cents per share and are trading around $1.00 or even $3.00? Dave PS-- the PE of 3 is based on a forward projection of at least 30 cents per share. They already have 15 cents per share for the first half of the year and if you check their past numbers you will see that they always do significantly more revenue and earnings in Q3 and Q4.
