Actually, I was not commenting on the merits of the claims made by the company, merely the frequency at which they were avoiding financial disclosure. The pattern was the thing that I haven't seen commented upon before.

But thank you for ticking off one of my other check list clich‚s, the evasion of telling any questioners to read the thread. As it turns out I have. The posting rate is quite fast and furious here, but I believe that I have caught most of it.

That is for the purpose of determining the level of consideration he receives in cash or shares from aznt for that 'intellectual property', correct? Or has he already received that cash and/or those shares and the SEC has questioned the propriety of that deal?
It's not exactly an arms-length transaction.
