no, i haven't had that experience, and i do not agree with your "customer be damned" theory on waterhouse. but i'm going to stop posting about waterhouse on the mbtrading thread before anyone gets upset <G>. my intent was to help another poster who expressed an interest in waterhouse, and, frankly, to illustrate the need for a broker like mbtrading.

I would like to call the sec also about Waterhouse web broker and their up yours attitude. Mabye we can start a class action lawsuit.
