<When I called the OSC and BCSC, > Well if you called the BCSC and they do not have anything on the men running IDCN .Thats the best news so far , here is another number you can call for Canadian over the counter stocks Investors dealer Association 1-416-364-6133 The OSC only deals with companys and brokers that trade on the TSE The number above gets you info on the Over The Counter in Canada. ps each Province that has a exchange has their own securities commission so that means to do a proper check you must call the ALBERTA AND Montreal exchange,but give the number above a call first and they might have links on their computer ,they will provide phone numbers for the latter two.
