I also heard Bob say that that the Russian market represents less than 1% o f world GDP. As such, there would be little or no economic consequence to the U.S.

However, I was hoping to hear him comment on the supposedly rather large German investments in Russia & possible consequences to Europe (& indirectly to the US). Also, although I didn't hear him comment on it, my concern is more on the political instability in Russia. With a huge nuclear arsenal still in the former Soviet Union, my bigger worry is the fear of sale of those assets by a financially stretched country to some less stable country/group...
