Rand, lets assume the Maxam Company reads this thread and understands that as long as the shareholders are not able to obtain current status on the official Maxam web site, then shareholders like yourself will continue to be unsure of the companies ability to become successful. Your last post said at the end. <<< Now that the company is on the ropes with virtually no resources to work with and must even start from scratch with new drilling and assaying, my hope is that it is forced to develop a proper plan of action. >>> Maxam does not have to put an "answers to questions" page, eventho an FAQ that is updated from recent e-mail would do the job nicely. All Maxam needs to do is redo their web site to inform shareholders where the company was, where its now at, and where it wants to be with a detailed plan spelled out on the web site. If Maxam has a good handle on its current state of affairs, and also has a plan that it is confident of, then to me it would be good for the Maxam Company to let shareholders know, and spread the word. If it is true than the comments on this SI post do influence the outcome of companies, then to me if I was Maxam, I would present concrete facts on the web site so noone can spread wrong or false statements about Maxam. Maby when the management of Maxam contains the biggest shareholder, Mr. Runyon, then the SI thread's posts of myself can be ignored, as has been. My conclusion, either have blind fate in Maxam to increase the value of mxam, and hold and wait and stop negative posts because they will have a negative impact on mxam. To me this sucks, but I have no power to force Maxam to put current hard updates and detailed facts on the web site, along with a read time FAQ page. Myself, I will now do this and just read and stop doing this type of post. If I didn't do this, then I would now sell and for the respect of other shareholders that are holding, I would leave this thread and not post negative. For the type of questions and concern you have, only a detailed and ongoing FAQ page on the Maxam Web Site will do. Unless there are reasons why this could hurt shareholders value. If so, then I would like to know since I know of none. No secret have to be reveled. Any new secret process for extraction remains secet. The timetable or phase infomation cannot be used by the competation, as far as I know. Is Mr. Runyon too busy to do web site work. Ok, then he could oversee one of his technical people with him ok'ing all that put on. Doug
