Mr. Reece,
Why don't you simply aquaint yourSelf with the FDA's stance on dietary nutritional supplements as well as OTC medications. Nutritional supplements do not require FDA approval.
You may also request the assayments of AZNT products to settle your nerves that they are in fact nutrional supplements.

You've been concerned about the FDA for some time #reply-5509172
For good reason, likely - the company could easily cross the line with their advertising and get noticed.

"I also would like to be reassured that when the common is retired and preferred issued that shareholders know what the converstion rate is for preferred to common and that insiders won't be instantly converting that preferred into common, subsequently selling that stock back into the market."

Exactly. Let's just say for the sake of argument that there is in fact a 'short squeeze' of 2 million shares about to take place (absolutely unproven to me at this point). So holders of 2 million shares get out at a profit - well big deal, there are holders of 68 million other shares out there. After the 'short squeeze' with its little spike, the stock will settle back to its fair value based on the company's performance. So if you're nimble and get out in time, and everything comes off just exactly as planned, you do all right. Otherwise, you're left with the long term fundamentals, which judging from their sales of other products would seem to rely entirely on a major success with this sweetener product.

It has been stated in two or more posts that aznt enjoys a monopoly on the export of plant products from the Amazon. Well, they better inform these people of that then;
