What happened was that no one was selling, and they were not able to cover, so they had to walk it down to get sales on the way down. By not letting it go higher they slowed the buying pressure and eventually walked it down. I am not saying DGIV was worth $8 at the time, but technically that is what happened. There are many days with more buys than sells, and the price is walked down.

on that day in may, there was much more than enough buying to bring the price higher if the MMs had allowed the price to run!
what happened since then? the stock has been establishing a base at this level for the last 2 months with basically NO news until the last 2 weeks, waiting to take off again. Not bad, considering the fact that it was less than 1 in March.
BTW, DGIV is not the only stock that has come down from its high. Have you looked at other stocks in the nasdaq or nyse lately? I would say DGIV is holding quite well compared to what some others on the big boards have gone through, wouldn't you? In fact, one can ask the same of those big board stocks: WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?
just take a look at how far off many of those stocks are from their 52-week high and you will see that DGIV strength at this level is VERY IMPRESSIVE. no wonder the naysayers are getting desperate, putting up more lies/innuendoes since their previous attempts have not affected the price at all, imo.
