tklc appears to me to be a rounded top. Lots of overhead above 24.5 with some strong support around 20. Trades at about 4 times sales and a p/e of 35. I shorted at 24.75 and have covered and now waiting to reenter above 24. File is now in a downtrend and I was short when it could not break out above previous highs. Another two examples of this are rbd and uis. Uis has ok fundamentals, but just can't seem to break out above the prior highs. Novl has same problem, but It is not a good short in my opinion. I agree on ek, but have no position. Some top formations seem to be apparent in intc when it could not break low 90's. xirc is right on some overhead resistance. Dis just completed a head and shoulders top with neckline at 35. I have no position. sctr has been good to me, i shorted twice and covered at 28 which is the 200 day moving average. Overhead for sctr is now at 36 and it is a good short above 30. Look at gm chart
: I see another head and shoulder top. Airlines are and will continue to take a beating: i see poor technicals in acai and skyw.

some other charts to look at: hcfp, lhsg (no shares were available last week), ovid, nrvh, rcot, bldpf, and most semi's (ie. altr, pmcs, xlnx, and others.) Also bft and twmc recently gave sell signals.

The internuts are strong and just keep getting stronger. No short signal for me yet. lcos gave me a signal, but then gave a cover signal on friday. If it breaks through 70's, there really is no upside resistance for it. But one thing to remember: any stock which has a parabolic rise usually suffers severe catastrophic downfalls when the "fever" is over. I hope we catch it right.

Believe it or not, i do have a few longs. anik, alo, cply, bsys, dy, mre, insua, avei, mnmd and a few others look ok. But, with the poor market internals, i recommend staying short or out of the market. I am short except for 2 longs (2 of the above).

People can say what they want about charting but it really works. To quote "the more it changes, the more it stays the same."

sorry for the long post. good luck.
