I disagree. A small amount of institutional holding means nobody is looking at it and nobody probably will until it has solid, predictable growth and earnings. Also, many institutions have a policy where they won't buy a stock until it is over a certain price for a certain number of quarters.

Just another opinion. I'm sure others here have a better idea of what it takes to attract institutional investors.

If JMAR could convince people entrusted with institutional money to buy their stock, I'm sure this stock would take off quickly. If it were you who were in control of institutional money, would you put your neck and job on the line by spending on JMAR right now?
