I can't help wondering though why this audit wasn't done as part of DD during the negotiations. At any rate, once completed that will really place this part of the operations on sound ground. No one here could possibly answer that. Your best bet would be to call Tilton directly. There are several deca-million people in the chongking province the mall is in. The City is not being evacuated. Some of the homes along the river flood plain may get flooded. The majority of the city is higher up. Unfortuneately it is the extremely poor that will be affected the most. More of red Cross situation if they were in China.
