DGIV price has proven to be independent of dow/nasdaq. For more than 2 months, DGIV has maintained this level on basically NO news, oblivious to the general market action. If anything, When good news comes, investors will see how undervalued DGIV is and would see that it provides relief from the "frothy" general market, IMO

DGIV is fairly independent of the Dow. That will change when we get listed, but for now it is more dependent on news and expectations for financials than on the Dow.
