If you look at the price history, there are many days when the dow is up and dgiv is down, and when the dow is down and dgiv is up. People invested in DGIV are here because they are looking for it to break out following financials, filings, and NASDAQ. Those that were worried about the global markets left back in May and June for the most part. This is not to predict that DGIV might not go down tomorrow, or up, I just don't know, but whatever its move it will not be because of the Dow. As usual, this is JMHO.
