They didnt scrap it early, they put $30MM into it or thereabouts.

Thats the problem with Sap, its somewhat rigid and it may have been that they didnt see the problems with it until they were somewhat down the line. I think they made the right decision. I2 is whats important for Dell.

PS They capitalize the expenses of these implementations so although 30MM is alot to throw away it isnt a significant hit to the books in any one qtr.
