I'll keep it brief. Mr. Clinton might consider rolling back the executive order that prohibits CIA assassination and at least limit it toward terrorists. They might consider consulting what allies we have left and freezing the assets of these terrorists that might be laying in foreign and domestic institutions (Unfortunately, it is probably too late for that.)
Indirect measures to include:
1)Ms. Albright and Mr. Clinton might try to repair the damage between our country and the Prime Minister of Israel.
2)They might consider pulling our troops out of Bosnia and redeploying them to Kuwait.
3)How about then enforcing the UN mandate toward Iraq.
4)As Mr. Clinton is so cozy with the UN he might try proposing that any country that harbors terrorists should come under immediate economic sanction including food and medical supplies.
