Hmmmm... I imagine this is the same "Dr. Rico Fontillas" as listed on their web site... and look, his phone number is listed as well: silcon.com I wonder if he knows that he's been quoted? For that matter, if he's ever heard of the case described... Anyone game?

Indeed that filing from AZNT is a wealth of information about the company. I noticed that it seems to be very profitable for some people to loan the company money, that they just happen to get repaid at very favorable conversion rates. I guess this explains the steady increase in the number of outstanding shares in the company over the past couple of years. For those that haven't read this filing, I found it quite interesting: sec.gov Earlier when I was at the Nevada corporations site, I was puzzled by Robert Qualey's setting up of a company called Loripar, LTD. which was run by Inventor entrepreneur extraordinaire Dr. Loricchio. Now I see that Loripar, Ltd got 5,000,000 shares in lieu of a $5,000.00 payment for its licenses. I also noted that at least at that time there was only one class of shares outstanding, 144 Restrictions not withstanding. State the number of shares outstanding of each of the Issuer's classes of common equity, as of the latest practicable date: May 31, 1997 - 26,237,934 I guess there's part of Wireless Wonk's answer. Now for the rest of the story . . .
