Thanks for the due diligence. You have put together a really compelling case for shorting SRCM. With the announcement of their legal problems from Friday, the warrant holders have got to be worry about the timing of their warrant conversions. You can bet that there will be additional lawsuits. The only thing currently in their favor is their lack of a war chest. Without a big treasure chest, a lot of legal firms that take on these class action suits will reconsider before plunging ahead.

Thanks Steve. SRCM now looks like a lay-up, but I wonder how hard it is to borrow stock. Who in their right mind would give me an uptick?
