Can you imagine if the company is maintaining a record of the posts on this board? If such a record is maintained seems it would be the same as shooting themselves in the foot, particularly if this whole mess ended up in a different arena. How would an outside party know if such a record is maintained? I have yet to have someone representing one of my investments contact me and say what kind of records they maintain. Kind of makes you wonder if outside = inside.
