Let me follow this. You say that you followed a trail from another stock that was manipulated to this one. So knowing that this was manipulated you became an investor? Your name must be on lots of lists. I remain clueless still about what questions you want answered by me. If your needle is still stuck in that "3 account" groove, I'm afraid I really know nothing about what you are talking about. I'm too busy looking at the numbers that don't seem quite like the whole story. For your sake, I just hope this whole "restructuring" isn't a smoke screen for some other reason like erasing the restrictions on some shares by granting preferred shares that have vexatious conversion rights.
