Mr. Wonk,
Those SEC filings were correct, now move on, The SEC, AZNT and Dr. Lorrichio are trying to ascertain how to evaluate a value for his intellectual properties before the financials can be audited. It is a point of contention. They are working together and the matter should be resolved shortly and then the financials will be audited.
This is my understanding. I suggest you go to a higher source if you do not like my answer.
