RECENT 30 DAY CHART SHOWING THE FOLLOWING:

Top 2/3 of the chart: Bollinger Bands: Bollinger Bands are a type of envelope (or trading band) plotted at
standard deviation levels above and below a moving average. Because standard deviation measures
volatility, the bands widen during volatile markets and contract during calmer periods. Sharp price changes
tend to occur after the bands tighten, after volatility lessens. When prices move outside the bands, a
continuation of the current trend is implied. Bottoms and tops made outside the bands followed by bottoms
and tops made inside the bands call for reversals in the trend. A move that originates at one band tends to
go all the way to the other band. This observation is useful when projecting price targets.

Lower 1/3 of the chart: The stochastic indicator attempts to determine when prices start to cluster around
their low of the day for an uptrending market, and when the tend to cluster around their high in a
downtrending market. Lane's theory is these are the conditions which indicate a trend reversal is beginning
to occur. The stochastic indicator is plotted as two lines. They are the %D line and the %K line. The
stochastic is plotted on a chart with values ranging from 0 to 100. Readings above 80 are strong and
indicate that price is closing near its high. Readings below 20 are strong and indicate that price is closing
near its low.

!!!!!PERSONAL FINANCE 101!!!!!! -!!!!!144 FILINGS!!!!!!!!!! Greetings everyone, I felt compelled to re-post this to the SI Thread from the Raging Bull Thread with permission from Z.

JMHO

There has been a lot of argument back and forth about the 144's. Well, how about this scenario?

The management of FNTN are real people with real needs, desires, hopes and dreams like the rest of us. They took positions at FNTN at much reduced salary and benefit packages than they could have received elsewhere in the open job market. In return, they took some stock and/or stock options.
Why would they do this? Could it be that they see the potential for even greater gains in the future? In the mean time, they have to continue to satisfy their current needs as they may arise.
Having taken less up front, they place themselves on the edge of not being able to meet unforseen expenses that may come up and potential personal financial suicide. For "insurance" against such, they file 144's should such an occasion arise. They are being up front with the investor. They are saying, "Folks, at some point, should the need arise, I will sell some stock for personal reasons." Would you rather see all of a sudden several sales go thru and everyone panic, "Something must be wrong, management is selling."

Question to anyone that knows?? (I don't) What does the dollar amount in the 144 represent. Are there any restrictions as to what they may sell for compared to this amount? I just find it interesting to notice that almost each entry made by any of the management is higher per share than the last.

Take a look at Sheppards listings.
Mar .3065 @share
Apr .2500 @share
Jun .6200 @share
Jul 1.5100 @share

Looks to me like his expectations are increasing share prices. And he has not yet sold any that I can tell. Wouldn't you think he would be selling if he thought the price would never go higher? He also must be doing ok on a personal level. Therefore, he is holding Long and Strong. Actually gives me some comfort level.

Now, If I saw all the insiders suddenly start to sell the maximum limit at every oppurtunity, then I would have cause to pause. Let's just not be guilty of not giving the laborer his just due.

Believe me, unless he is a complete idiot, he is in this to make money and I hope he and his associates get rich and I can make a little also being a coattail investors. At some time I hope to see them sell some to reap the rewards of their hard work and vision. I expect to sell in the future for a profit also. Anyone here without that expectation had better question why they are here.

And if you can't support your investment, you should also start looking for a way out.

Z

Best regards,

Bill Fortune III

Greetings everyone. Just a passing thought and opinion.

Financial Intranet, Inc. to me is like a newborn child in that they both have a great future looming for them. Just like a child a company must first be looked after, nurtured, and cared for. In and through this process the child first learns to crawl which leads to the child's being able to walk and then running. Throughout this process there are many tumbles but the child always gets up and moves forward again. The child is not abandoned by those who care for and believe in it's future, fully understanding that the future holds great promise for the things that will come. They continue to care for and prepare the way. Then finally, one day, that child becomes a fully functioning and productive member of society. This child who is now an adult and produces great things because of those that stood by and guided that child through the growing times.

So FNTN goes. Now in it's formative period with a bright shinny future ahead. I for one believe in the future of this fine company. I personally can not guide FNTN, for that must be left up to the ones who are in the position of management and I do believe in them. It is my opinion that in time to come all the negatives that FNTN is now experiencing will be but a past memory. I will continue to hold onto my shares of the company and await the great rewards that will be produced.

This company is truly blessed with a great number of investors who really believe in and care for it. Don't be shaken if you really and truly believe. Stand your ground, give it the time it needs to grow and mature just as one would with a growing child. But you must believe in it then the negatives will also pass on and dye.

I will continue to read with interest those posts that are positive and leave the rest behind. I will continue to post from time to time on this thread as time allows. And as I said I will continue to hold onto MY company.

Warmest regards to all.
