It won't give ZULU shareholders anymore power or worth individually in the end then the ESVS shareholders unless they vote as a group. I don't see the likelyhood of that happening since the resulting company will still be in the same majority shareholder hands as it is now. Why would they act any differently than they would now as a group?

In other words PT my 1 share of ESVS is going to have just as much value on the open market as your 1 share of ESVS and carry just as much weight in a shareholder vote. Your individual share of ESVS won't be worth 80% more then mine.
