Exactly how do you know that "TAVA stock promotion" is a fraud? What are your facts (verifiable corroboration with URL)?

Your bio shows you to have a responsible job and assets which can be attached in a lawsuit. I'd suggest strongly that you either retract your statement or document it so that you don't lose them.

Disregard last message to you which I thought was a response to a posting from Robert T. Quasius - now that I have reread your posting (which I thought, in error, was his) and have now read his message it does not apply to him and most certainly not to you since your profile does not disclose responsibility in the form of a decent job or assets.

One suggestion: You say in your profile you enjoy skiing. Why not practice your ski jumping off the center of the Golden Gate Bridge - the thrill of experiencing your flight into the bay will be enjoyed by all of us.

Your response to my earlier post helps make my point: you take statements out of context and twist them around to support your heavily biased and totally unsubstantiated point of view.

I did indeed say "You are indeed 100% right about a stock promotion fraud with TAVA." Then, I immediately stated that the fraud was by short sellers, not by the company, a part of the quote that you conveniently left out. A fraud scheme can work two ways, either to drive a stock price up or to drive it down.

Thank you for helping me to make my point.
