The Caspian Sea is one of those classic "be careful what you wish for..." situations. World War III will probably be fought over the oil under the Caspian. There are simply too many factors - racial, religious, ethnic, political, nationalist, and economic - for the outcome to be otherwise. Oh, that it were not so; but it is, alas.

I have heard that the crews were able to get to the well sometime this weekend. How much work has been done , I don't know yet.
