Hi Mike. It is as I have said before. If this thread would start reading, "actually reading" some of the statements made by its current shareholders, all would realize that these "questions go unanswered.

Read J Nelsons last few posts! There are about 20 good questions in his statements. Questions that should be answered before a person even starts on DD!! These are rudimentary, basic and needed understandings of a companies basic structure.

I have said in a response to a PM from you that I thought the DD should remain on this thread and answers to specific questions could be carried forward " as a summation of the DD conducted so far"!

What never ceases to amaze me is that, Nelson's and others, statements are just treated as the "ramblings of a disgruntled shareholder" and ignored by the thread at large. I have received about 8 PM's from different people on this thread wanting to know what I think of MDIN.

The short answer is;

1) the company does not keep its shareholders informed of anything including natural progression or updates
2) the company has not published "the deal" for the $34,000,000 procurement of the properties
2a) the company has not explained fully, the rights to placer or hardrock on all its properties or the conditions attached thereto.
2b) the company has not indicated what conditions must be fulfilled to attain 100% interest in the properties procured.
2c) the company has not published how it intends on meeting the obligations attached to these properties and how it will effect shareholder value.
2d) the company has not published an independant assessment of the properties to show that they paid "fair market value", and were still protecting shareholder value.
3) the company has dilluted shareholder value to raise money with vague stated purposes and no costings attached to show where money is going to be spent.
4) the company has no "five year, four year, three year, two year, one year plan" that shareholders can understand and monitor to determine that milestones are being met.
5) the company proceeded with "share solidification" between other companies with no stated purpose and no indication of why this was to the benefit of the existing shareholders.
6) the company has not stated what the priority of properties are and what data that was processed by other companies is any good for future reference.

Once these "rudimentary questions are answered, then people can begin doing appropriate DD on this company, until then you are working from a losing hand!

Mike: The most popular features on an "INVESTOR RELATIONS WEB SITE" are

from what I read.....

1. Quotes, News Releases and stock charts.

2. Access to SEC filings, corportat overviews, and a informaiton request
feature with Q & A

3. Right up there with a list of financial analyst coverage, a calandar of
key events, and annual reports.

4. A finacial overview, and current quartely and annual earnings estimates.

5. To see a five fold increase in the use of a Traffic Flow on the IR section
of a web site over six months.

Why do there work for them from SI let the world see what they need to know
and let the folks from SI just visit that site!!!! Boy now that is a VHO. of
what is needed from management. Seems to me that the money would be more
of use than Prom that brings in drives that dive!
