Roy & All: Post #4809 indicated margins for the Industry are down to 12%. Against that scenario, is it better to reduce direct sales and step up Channel distribution and Partnerships.?

If not, what is the optimum market strategy in a market with declining margins.?

All: CS has a Synergy Plus program for its channel partners. That program had a classification viz Solution Provider, Platinum Plus and Platinum.

Does any one know the number of Partners under each category and their
history if any.
