"Not to say MRVC management are necessarily crooks, per se,..." sounds like a change of tune here, *UKE. Now let's take your SEC theory and turn it around on you - just suppose the SEC finds nothing whatever wrong with MRV's accounting methodology - what color will you turn then??? Suppose the SEC doesn't consider them even worthy of a lookover?
