CTSG does look technically toppy. Price to cash is relatively cheap at 6 to 1. Build out cash burn is roughly $200 M a year. Cash is $507 last filing. Short to float is 3 to 53 M. Volume 1.8 M per day and increasing, so no squeeze potential. Options available. Probably a fair play on the idea that people want out of anything Russian yesterday. Some communications stock can come back in a very rapid way.

For those of you that short OTC BBs: Check out WRDP, LHSG, TSAR LPFC, AENG & PTHW as shorts. All are vastly overvalued & manipulated stocks which deserve to be beaten up. As the liquidity in small caps continues to evaporate, these doggies will perish before your very eyes.
