You got it. In turn Actrade could hold the TAD as inventory or sell it off to a bank. The bank would also purchase this same TAD at a discount. The difference in discounts would be Actrade's profit. The gross profit would be smaller than holding until maturity, but Actrade could turn their capital faster--earning more on their net margin.
