Barton Biggs says selling will continue into rallies.... he takes this as a sign the bear is here..... I agree selling will continue into rallies..... but, with less and less volume..... this is indicative of reversal activity.... We need to bust through 8663.... that's +130 from Friday's close... if we can bounce around up there for awhile and close there bulls will get alot of attention high/low indicator improving.... this base looking better all the time.... Russia thing way overdone by the media.... Russian situation will improve from here....... look for new reforms to work... sooner than you think...... World economies are bottoming.... USA will lead to new highs ES
