While the thought crosses your mind, rationality is restored with the rejection the "wag the dog" theory.

While the majority agree Binge (sp) Laden deserved the attack, some still question whether Bill had the necessary and sufficient conditions to invoke the authority from the War Powers act, and order the strike. The media keeps asking the question - "it is unclear whether the meeting took place."

Is Gore still on vacation? After all, the guy might be President of the United States in 6-8 weeks for reasons outlined in Starr's report.
