Hi Fli-by, From what I can tell, Check Central manufactures and sells check cashing ATM machines. The "Independent Operator" plans to use the machines to cash checks from customers that do not have a bank relationship. Without a bank relationship, I think the fees would be quite high. What if the checks bounce. The press release does not indicate that the independent operator's ATM machines will be connected to a bank. If it is, Betting Inc. could be used as a gateway or connection between the ATM machine and the bank. JMHO. Go BETT!!! Scoobey
