Seriously, what is so difficult about listening to people that tell the truth and back it up?.....The entire company does this....take this past week....while we were away my son calls and tells Dell that the keyboard went out of whack...we had it in 23 hours...service that is backed up by their word...simple simple simple....why would I ever deal with anyone else after this experience??........Now, if that wasn't enough my CD player on the tower has been busted for three months...you know what two kids and my rockn' roll antics can produce on that system?? <<gg>> It constantly runs....I mean from sun up to full moon fever....well, he calls and bingo...23 hours again...a new player...but, wait...Dell calls him and asks if he has it yet??? Unbelievable?? No....check this out...they then tell him what tools to get so they don't have to come out and charge for the service since the warranty on service is expired....for the next hour and half they tell him step by step with every configured part off our number what to do....Lance (his name) tells me on the phone while still on vacation : "Dad this was something a child could have done and they saved us $300"........Bottom line here.....Lance owns a bunch of Dell...wonder how long he has to think about buying more of this stock???
