Did I say last year, I though it was about 18 months ago that INTC bought shares. If you can, go look at the price, it flew well past the offer before dropping down after INTC withdrew.

Changes in the Pentium 2 chip at the time, made a part of the Wavetop process work. Detail on this is available through research though perhaps not relevant anymore.

Push technology is something MSFT would like to control. It would increase their advertising revenue with a stream independent of web browsers. I'm certain that with a little DD, you can easily find how much stock MSFT owns, although typically MM do the buying through holding companies.

Even though I like the rumor, a strong argument against it is that Gates is under enough pressure to stop trying to control the entire internet revenue stream without adding more, assuming he cares.

WAVO is still a good stock, and underpriced at this level.
