I resent your comments

I didn't misrepresent what I heard on the conference call. Your discussion of motives shows a complete ignorance of the purpose of this thread which is to get information. And I completely disagree with you as far as Novell management not providing guidance on revenues at this point.

It is precisely this lack of guidance to Wall Street on revenues that is holding this stock down. It is just another confirmation to me of Novell's managements inability to understand that the price of their stock is important to their future and not simply a side effect of their business. Microsoft very definitely uses the performance of its stock to reinforce its marketing and its image to its customers as a winner.

Look at the image Novell conveys! Its key execs are always selling the stock. Novell somehow thinks whether its CEO buys stock in the open market or its key execs sell stock as Bradford has done is irrelevant. Well it isn't! We need some confirmation that Novell has really turned around. I want to see the key execs buying the stock rather than selling it with various excuses. They aren't buying and that tells us an awful lot about what they really think about the turnaround.

If you can produce any evidence that key Novell execs (not Joy) are buying the stock in the open market I will be happy to read your posts. However if all you can do is blabber about the thread influencing the price and motives, my suggestion is go back to investor grade school.
