Gary, let's simplify: Dell's not competitive, CPQ services better and bumblebees can't fly ... aerodynamic fact!

This means Mr Dell is eating everybody's breakfast lunch and dinner because they just ain't hungry, right?

You're speaking to the business market I assume. Anyway, this paragraph has me confused. What are trying to say? Remember CPQ purchased DEC's service organization. CPQ is better positioned there at this time. Doen't Dell use third party service people?

'CPQ better positioned', well I don't know not going by this report any way though this report might be talking about note-book computers it should shed some light into the overall picture,no?
