Ref:CPQ better positioned? [Did you miss this???] You're speaking to the business market I assume. Anyway, this paragraph has me confused. What are trying to say? Remember CPQ purchased DEC's service organization. CPQ is better positioned there at this time. Doen't Dell use third party service people?
