Sigmund, <<FAHM doesn't have this problem......>> not only because they are non-reporting, but also because they:

1) are not NASDAQ listed;
2) have a closely held, small, tightly controlled Board of Directors
3) probably do not have financial institution loans that would make
them toe a line
4) have consistently acted the way they have.

or similar concern. FAMH has "reported" via press releases, and conference calls. They just have not practiced full, open disclosure and accuracy, IMHO.

These are basic tenets of a publicly traded company that investors have come to expect. (Some disclosure has been carefully obscured by their chosen words, ..... again .....IMHO)
